ON A SPECIAL VEHICLE – CAMPER VAN

1. Reservations:
1.1. Camper rental reservations can be made by any person over 18 years old, either by phone (+359 895 335 235; +359 896 47 47 96) or via email at mpgteam@gmail.com.
1.2. A reservation is considered successful only after confirmation from the Lessor (verbally for phone reservations, in writing for email reservations) regarding the availability of the requested vehicle for the selected rental period.

2. Rental Agreement and Deposit Payment:
2.1. Within 24 hours of a successful reservation, the prospective Renter must sign a rental agreement for the selected vehicle for the requested rental period and pay a deposit of up to 50% of the total rental price.

3. Required Documents and Conditions for Rental:
3.1. To sign the rental agreement and prepare a driver authorization (for travel abroad), the following documents must be provided for verification:

• Original driver’s license and vehicle registration with a validity of at least 2 months after the rental period ends;

• ID card with a validity of at least 2 months after the rental period ends;

• International passport (for travel outside the EU) with a validity of at least 2 months after the rental period ends.

Note: The renter and all additional drivers must hold valid identification documents (passport/ID card, driver’s license, vehicle registration). Foreign renters must provide an international driving license or a legalized translation of their national driving license if issued by a country that has not signed the 1968 Vienna Convention on Road Traffic.

3.2. Driver requirements:

• Age between 20 and 65;

• Minimum of 2 years of driving experience with a category B license;
  Drivers with medical or legal restrictions must inform the Lessor in advance.

4. Rental Price Includes:

• Insurance – Comprehensive (Autocasco) and Third-Party Liability

• Vignette for the national road network

• Full fuel tank

• Full fresh water tank

• Full propane-butane gas cylinder

• Cleaned toilet cassette and consumables

• Cleaned waste water tank

• Fully cleaned and disinfected camper (inside and outside)

• Driver authorization in Bulgarian and English (for travel abroad)

• Standard equipment: air conditioning, two 24″ Android LED TVs, solar panel, rearview camera, awning, tie-downs, leveling blocks (2), gas detector (2-in-1), USB & 220V charging outlets, comfort mats, ladder, hygiene supplies (soap, dish detergent, etc.)

• “Safety” package: first aid kit, reflective vests, fire extinguisher, tire compressor & spray

• “Camping accessories” package: tableware, coffee maker, tools, 220V extension & adapter, water hose & connector

• “Start” package: interior and exterior cleaning, three-stage disinfection, technical inspection, refueling with fuel, gas, and water

Additional packages and/or extras requested during the rental period are charged separately according to the Lessor’s rates.

5. Insurance:
5.1. Campers are provided with Comprehensive and Third-Party Liability insurance. Any damage not reported via an official traffic accident report is fully the responsibility of the Renter.
5.2. Personal belongings of renters are not insured and should not be left unattended.

6. Parking:
The Lessor provides the renter with one free parking space for their personal vehicle during the rental period, if desired.

7. Reservation Cancellation:
The Lessor reserves the right to cancel a confirmed reservation if:
7.1. The rental agreement and/or deposit is not completed within 24 hours;
7.2. Driver documents (license, registration, ID/passport) expire less than 2 months after the rental period;
7.3. The rental balance and/or security deposit is not paid on time;
7.4. False information is provided by the person making the reservation.

8. Payments:
All payments are made in BGN at the official BNB exchange rate on the day of payment, either in cash in Shumen or via bank transfer to the Lessor’s account as specified in the rental agreement. Bank fees are the responsibility of the Renter.

9. Rental Period – Vehicle Pickup and Return:
9.1. Rental period is specified in the rental agreement.
9.2. Camper pickup: daily from 09:00 to 17:00.
9.3. Camper return: by 17:00 on the agreed return date.
9.4. Pickup/return location: Shumen. Alternative locations are available for an additional fee of BGN 4/km from/to Shumen.
9.5. Upon signing the handover protocol, the Lessor provides instructions for proper use, which must be followed by the Renter and passengers.

10. Malfunctions, Damages, Accidents, and Repairs:
10.1. The Renter is responsible for damage caused by: hazardous materials, collision with electrical wires, explosions or fires from non-Lessor equipment, water ingress, freezing liquids, improper use, negligence, intentional acts, theft of personal property, damage to camper accessories (e.g., solar panels, awning, satellite), etc.
10.2. Any mechanical faults must be reported immediately to the Lessor (+359 895 335 235; +359 896 47 47 96; +359 896 79 80 24) and addressed according to instructions. Costs for repairs caused by wear and tear during normal use are reimbursed by the Lessor. Tire replacement costs are not reimbursed.
10.3. If a repair requires leaving the camper at a service center and no replacement vehicle is available, the Lessor will refund the rental price for that period.
10.4. The Renter must fully compensate the Lessor for partial or total damage, theft, or loss of vehicle equipment, use of the vehicle for towing, participation in competitions, damage to documents, interior damage, contamination, or odors.
10.5. The Renter is responsible for all traffic fines and violations during the rental period.
10.6. Any damage due to negligence is at the Renter’s expense.

11. Additional Fees and Penalties upon Return:
11.1. Unclean toilet cassette – BGN 150
11.2. Unclean waste tank – BGN 30
11.3. Incomplete fuel tank – BGN 30 + fuel cost
11.4. Unclean interior – BGN 70
11.5. Unclean exterior – BGN 30
11.6. Severely dirty camper – BGN 150
11.7. Tire damage with “Service Package” – BGN 120 + tire cost

If the optional “Camper Preparation and Cleaning” package is purchased, fees 11.2, 11.4, and 11.5 do not apply.

Prohibited: Transporting fuel or flammable materials and towing or being towed by another vehicle.

The Lessor reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. These Terms and Conditions take effect on 12.02.2025 and remain valid until changed or canceled by the Lessor.
